After jumping out the building window, continue down the alley and a cutscene will trigger. A mass group of townspeople will continually be charging at you by the dozen. Use a machine gun powered with infinite ammo and pick off the approaching majini. Eventually one of them will drop a Topaz (Marquise). Gold Ring

When you reach the marketplace area, kill the majini lurking behind the right corner and head into the house with the blue door. Once on the second floor of the house, head right and kill the two majini that spring from the stack of boxes. Walk onto the balcony and walk over to the treasure chest on the south end. Inside the treasure chest lies the Antique Clock. Ivory Relief
Enter the building located in the second map of the level and kill approaching blonde woman. Once she’s dead, she’ll leave behind the Ivory Relief. Chapter 2-1 Jewel Bangle
Found towards the beginning of the level. Once you enter the open area with the group of crossbow majini and attack dogs, kill the approaching Big Majini. He will leave behind the Jewel Bangle. Sapphire (Pear)
As soon as you reach the open sewage area, turn left and pick up the Sapphire (Pear) floating in the water. Topaz (Pear)
When you reach the Port, head into the large body of water straight adead. You’ll find the Topaz (Pear) in the far right corner next to the docked ship. Emerald (Square)
From the right side of the center building, climb the ladder up to the roof. You'll find the Emerald (Square) on the opposite end of the roof. Ruby (Marquise)
From the Emerald Square, jump down the roof and approach the set of marketplace stands. In the middle of these stands lies a treasure chest. Throw a hand grenade to part the stands and collect the Ruby (Marquise) inside. Ruby (Square), Sapphire (Square), Emerald (Pear), Topaz (Pear)
After killing the Chainsaw Majini, grab the key he leaves behind and make your way towards the locked gate. Near the exit, you'll come across a treasure chest. Open it up and collect Ruby (Square), Sapphire (Square), Emerald (Pear), Topaz (Pear) inside. Chapter 2-2 Jewel Bangle
At the end of the maze of trains, turn right and go down the dead end. Turn your attention to the right to find the Jewel Beetle attached to the wooden fence. Ruby (Pear)
Towards the beginning of the underground mines, continue down the tracks and make a left at the intersection. Kill the majini waiting in the shallow creek. Just ahead, shoot down the shining pendent hanging above within the rocks to receive the Ruby (Pear). Diamond (Oval)
Near the end of the tunnel of the mines you should come across a hidden passageway to the left. Head up the passageway and collect the Diamond (Oval) inside the treasure chest. Diamond (Brilliant)
After the brief cutscene with Irving in the mining area, go down the stairs and make your way outside. Just before passing the broken down truck head left and climb the ledge. Inside the treasure chest lies the Diamond (Brilliant). Diamond (Pear)
Just before climbing the ladder up to the ledge, shoot down the shining pendant latched to the rocks to receive Diamond (Pear). Diamond (Square)
Latched to the rocks where you boost Sheva up the ledge to provide cover fire as you climb up the mountain trail. When you reach the top of the trail, drop down the ledge you boosted Sheva up to and shoot the shining pendant latched to the rocks. Pick up the Diamond (Square) that drops to the ground. Chapter 3-1 Chalice (Silver)
Drive to the center of the map, where you'll find an island flocking with chickens. Hop off the boat and grab the Chalice (Silver) inside the hut. Idol (Silver)
On the northern dock, walk over to the back end of the area with the two broken ladders. Boost Sheva up to the left platform to retrieve the Idol (Silver) inside the treasure chest. Blue Enigma
Dropped by the Giant Majini in the village. Ceremonial Mask
Right before the exit of the level, enter the cave to find the Ceremonial Mask inside the treasure chest. Chapter 3-2 Venom Fang
Dropped by the two Chainsaw Majini in the Oil Refiniery. Chapter 3-3 Emerald (Marquise)
Once you make it to the second docking station, take out the two turret gunners (using the steel wall for cover). Climb the ladder up to the center building and collect the Emerald (Marquise) inside the drawer. Chapter 4-1 Topaz (Trilliant)
Past the first set of spiders that emerge from the ground, head into the hidden tunnel to the left. Climb the ladder up the ledge and grab the Topaz (Trilliant) inside the treasure chest. Topaz (Square)
As you enter the second map of the level, walk over to the ledge and jump down the platform. Shoot down the shining pendant hanging from the entry way and pick up the Topaz (Square). Emerald (Trilliant), Ruby (Trilliant), Sapphire (Trilliant)
Take out the spiders that emerge from the ground as well as the majini that drop down into the catacomb. Collect the Ruby (Trilliant), Emerald (Trilliant), Sapphire (Trilliant) in the east, west, and south ends of the catacomb. Gold Idol
When you reach the green statue, turn left and jump across the cap to the treasure chest. Inside the chest lies the Gold Idol. Ruby Oval
Located in the Labyrinth. After pulling the lever to the Red Statue, collect Ruby (Oval) on the ground. Soul Gem
Dropped by the Popkarim towards the end of the level. Chapter 4-2 Diamond (Trilliant)
After inserting all three emblem pieces into the door, head up the stairs and shoot down the shining pendant hanging just before the exit door. Pick up the Diamond (Trilliant) on the ground. Gold Beetle
After successfully connecting the laser beam directly into the centerpiece, two rooms will open. In the west room with the flaming tomb, lies the Gold Beetle. Chapter 5-1 Lion Heart
Dropped by the second Licker you come across in the second map of the level. Chapter 5-2 Power Gem
Dropped by the first Reaper you come across in the level. Dead Bride's Necklace
While moving up the conveyer belt pick up the Dead Bride's Necklace lying next to the next to the test subject on the ground to the left. Chapter 5-3 Sapphire (Marquise)
Leave the room where you fought the Uroboros and head into the room with the two large fans. Climb up the ladder to the left and enter the controller room. Right as you enter the room turn left to find the safe on the floor containing the Sapphire (Marquise). Royal Necklace
Continue left up the walkway and snipe the two soldiers up ahead holding the RPGs. Head inside the control room and kill the approaching soldiers. On the table nearest to the northern entrance to the control room lies the Royal Necklace. Ruby (Brilliant)
Right before entering the mining area, shoot down the shining pendant latched in the rocks above to receive the Ruby (Brilliant). Gold Chalice
Power back the mine shafts and have Sheva pull the lever and send you to the next floor. At the end of the walkway, push over the crate and drop down into the control room building below. Inside the last locker to the left, lies the Gold Chalice. Topaz (Brilliant)
As you cross the bridge, draw your attention to the shining pendant above. Shoot the pendant and collect Topaz (Brilliant) on the ground. Topaz (Oval)
Right when the battle begins with Jill and Wesker, run over to the blue door to the right. Let Wesker kick you through the door and proceed up the stairs. Continue down the halls and head into the first room you see. As you enter the room, turn right and break open the vase. Inside the vase you'll find the Topaz (Oval). Emerald (Brilliant)
In the main hall where you start, head up the right staircase and continue down the walkway with the two vases. In the vase to the left lies the Emerald (Brilliant). Sapphire (Oval), Sapphire (Brilliant)
After collecting the Topaz (Oval) head into the next room to the left. Call over Sheva and open the tomb. Inside the tomb you will find the Sapphire (Oval), Sapphire (Brilliant). Heart of Africa
To get the Heart of Africa, you must land a number of shots into Wesker until he retreats. The best way to do this is to catch Wesker off guard with a shot from your Rocket Launcher (one shot should do the trick). If you don’t have a RPG hadny you should definitely use a high powered magnum. Ultimately if done right, you can find the Heart of Africa at the bottom of the staircase when you face Jill. Chapter 6-1 Topaz (Oval)
In order to get this treasure you must snipe the four majini that stand guard on the three platforms in the distance. The best place to pick the four guards off is on the watchtower towards the beginning of the level. After pushing over the crate, jump down the platform and head straight across to the next ladder. After climbing the ladder up to the next platform, pick up the Topaz (Oval) next to the green herb. Chapter 6-3 Diamond (Marquise)
Once you land on the volcano, cut open the wooden crates and collect the ammo/gold. Head up the walkway to begin round two against Wesker. Along the walkway shoot rock formation to the right. After falling from the bridge, turn left and hop across the rocks. Collect the Diamond (Marquise) that's on the floor.
